Overall, I think these are a great option to deal with your monthly period. They are very comfortable and stretchy. Good quality and very absorbent. There are a few issues, though. One is, I wish that it was noted ‘front or back’ as there is a difference, but you don’t know until you try them both ways. Second, the smell is horrendous. Not the pad fragrance (I didn’t smell any fragrance when I opened each one), the used pad smells so bad. Much more noticeable than a regular, run-of-the-mill monthly pad. Lastly, I was really hoping to wear these to work on heavy days, but it is almost like wearing a diaper, so it was too bulky to wear under my scrubs. They (for me) are strictly for at-home use. I have suspected endo, and I was tired of my soft cup leaking so I decided to try these. For their first attempt, it's solid as period underwear thats disposable, but it can stand a few changes. The actual pad part could be wide in the back. It's cinched, so it actually can give you a wedgie and leak, even in a size up. The pad part isn't as absorbent as the thins, or as their other pads. If they changed the material to be the lighter uber absorption, I think they'd be good to go. They could just layer it to make it thicker. ... show more

I love these for the beginning of my period at night. I tend to have a very heavy flow the first 2 days and it's nice not having to worry about leaking at night! I also used them for several days after surgery when I had my period and found them to be extremely comfortable.

This had to be one of the best feminine products I could have ever purchased. I wear a 16 & got XL. They were great on my trip to Jamaica. It's honestly like having a maxi pad in your underwear except you don't have to worry about leaks. The pad itself is very long, similar to a maternity pad, but not thick like that so you don't feel like a whole wad of cotton is between your legs. For anyone who bleeds to the back - you're covered!
