We recently purchased these chairs and during the assembly process one of the lower cross bars was missing the welded in part to receive the screw. Personally I thought, oh great I'm going to have to return the whole thing. However, that wasn't the case. The company had an email and says to contact them with any issues, which I did. The next morning I got a reply email asking to clarify the part and send a pic. Now, with the holidays I was a little lazy with my reply and it took more than a few days to reply. Once, I did they replied and said the would be sending the part. A few days later the part showed up. The chair looks great and is very sturdy. The quality of the chair is great in my opinion. Its sturdy for big people and we really like the way it looks in our house. In fact, we recently purchased 2 more chairs and those had no issues. Its easy to assemble by one person, The reason I wanted to write the review was to describe how easy my process was with dealing with the companies customer service. It took 20 minutes to assemble each chair. One of screws needed toggling a bit while inserting. Once that was fixed... VIOLA! Unbelievably comfortable and sturdy. I purchased the light grey (2). An inexpensive find that looks and feels like far more than what was spent. I use one of them for my hosting during my video conferencing. They perfectly accommodate my workstation which is perhaps 30 inches in height, also. I am immensely pleased with them. ... show more

These stools are pretty nice for the cost! When we first got them, there were all these little black beads within the legs (metal pieces?) so that was annoying because they got all over the floor. However the company helped us out because of the inconvenience. After using for a while the one chair back fabric started to detach from the solid piece, and so we requested replacement. They sent us two new stools because apparently they can't just replace singular parts. We didn't really need two new stools but it was nice that they accomodated us and stood by their product. While I'm overall happy with this purchase, there are some things that prospective buyers should be made of aware of BEFORE purchasing this item: ASSEMBLY: I would say that assembly is NOT easy. It's moderately easy, assuming #1 that all parts are included (which were in my case) and #2 that all parts are functional- At least 3 of the various screws had tread that were warped and could NOT be screwed in (thereby making assembly IMPOSSIBLE)- however the product does come with ONE extra screw for each three different types of screws needed to assemble this (contained within a small bag labeled 'extra screws'- fortunately for me, all three defective screws were of different types, if I had encountered more than one defective screw (of one of the three particular 3 different types) then I would not have been able to complete the assembly. #2- You'll need a pair of work/mechanic gloves (I suppose winter gloves would work provided that they're not too thick to impede use of the single metal 'screw in' tool provided, used to screw in all three different types of screws)- using these gloves will allow you to securely tighten these screws in, to ensure optimal stability of the stools' construction/support, while saving your hands/fingers from potential injury/pain! #3- While these chairs do have plastic feet, some have stated in their reviews that they do not scratch wood floors- I DISAGREE STRONGLY. I would not trust these feet alone on my expensive wood floors. Luckily had some adhesive felt 'furniture slides at home' that were narrow enough in shape to simply adhere to the bottom of the plastic feet, allowing me to easily slide around the chairs on my expensive wood floor without scratching them at all, of being to slippery- it's perfect! Overall I'm satisfied with this purchase, but would have been upset if either parts were missing and/or if more screws had been defective. requiring me to either reach out to company's support to hopefully count on (while waiting) them sending me replacement screws, or wasting time going out to the hardware store to find that precise match. ... show more

Absolutely love these barstools! They’re so pretty and we’re sooo easy to assemble. The cushion provides a lot of comfort as well. Barstools are rather sturdy as I have stood on them to hang things up on the wall. I would just recommend keeping the provided tools in case some of the screws loosen over time. Love how easy these were to put together. Love that they are super, duper sturdy. They look spectacular in my newly remodeled kitchen... except they suck! The glue is TOTALLY separating from the foam rubber underneath and looks terrible!! And guess what?!? It's too late to return them. It's super embarrassing. They weren't the most expensive, but they certainly weren't the cheapest... guess I get to you.tube "How to reglue Amazon chairs without completing ruining them." UGH! ... show more
