I got Enchanted, I don't know why some other reviewers said it was not the color they expected, it def has a blue shimmer and gives your lips a really pretty sparkle without making your lips actually a bold blue lol the photo doesn't do the shimmer justice. I received it and put it on right before a workout. It's not sticky but it's also not so smooth that it just soaks in or glides off. It's been about 3 hours and my lips still feel moist, and still look shiny, so it has staying power! I'll definitely be getting some more shades!! ... show more

I once had a great purple lip color that went on like a gloss but tinted the lips underneath - I’ve lost it, can’t remember the name of it, so have been exploring purple products ever since. This Almay gloss isn’t what I was hoping to find, but has its uses. In my photos, the bottom right is the gloss by itself. Quite subtle. The photo on the bottom left is what it looked like over the top of a bright red (see top photo). I think that combo may be my favorite right now. Sometimes those lip paints can be very drying, so re-applying the almay lip gloss is a good way to keep the lips moist and fresh all day. ... show more

The description of this color struck my interest. I decided to take a chance on it. Given that it was very well sealed. I could tell that it hadn’t been used and thought it could be returned. However, it couldn’t be returned. Non returnable! So it was mine——after opening it and applying it I realized that I look like a 12 year old.
