I bought this for your protection plan for my Jeep suspension parts, for my 2009 Jeep Patriot rear struts, and maybe some other suspension parts... But I can literally do nothing with it I don't know how it works could someone explain this to me? I'm not going to say it's a bad product because it probably is a good product I'm just not sure how to use it. ... show more

Very hard to use when you have to wait for original warranty to expire.then tol to use allstate.have a broken tv sitting in corner of my room waiting for it to be ruturned by one of three warranties.not happy at all.
