I usually never purchase insurance because I'm always skeptical on insurance companies and how they frequently deny claims, however I had a good experience with this plan. The claim process wasn't the easiest as I had to call in the claim as it was my online claim was denied right away, but customer service was able to fix it and accepted the claim. They only pay out via cheque, which is somewhat annoying as there are other options available such as e-transfer, but atleast they pay out. Will purchase again. ... show more

There warranty service work properly for me. I do suggest to them to correct their either web page or their app since I did a small mistake I couldn't correct it. Luckily when they send an email indicating the error they gave me the chance to corrected by sending a reply with the correct information. Just try to be pretty diligent and be carefully how the process work to avoid any type of mistake and they can fully well work for you. ... show more

No information provided as to how to file a claim ! Material on chair is cheap and in less than a years used it shows signs of wear!! It was a policy to protect me the buyer from poor materials and workmanship!!! Very disappointed with the policy and the product it covers!!!!!!!!

I really do love these little warranties and insurance coverage.. Nine times out of ten when I purchase stuff on amazon, Allstate almost always offers a warranty for just a few dollars extra. In my opinion it's really worth it to have peace of mind that my stuff can be covered and insured cheaply and effectively. The other thing I like is that instead of having to deal with the manufacturers to take care of any replacements or reimbursements, I can keep all of my warranties in one location and find them all easily, which means I am more likely to use them if I need to get something replaced. So I know I am really getting my money's worth out of these insurance policies. They make me really happy. I have only had to get one item replaced/reimbursed so far.
