I purchased this for a recliner I purchased in November, 2021. The recliner broke and cannot be used. I found a number for all state (which it seems is no longer available) and called to report the problem. The man I spoke to told me everything had to be done online. I told him I no longer had a computer and was working from a tablet. I also told him that I had tried to file a clan m on line through my tablet but it wouldn't go througb. He needed a receipt for the item. I could not Dow load from my tableg. He gave me a fax number and said to fax the receipt. I went to the library and faxed the receipt Sith a cover letter explaining what was wrong with the item and my phone number was included. It's now been over a week and I have not heard from them. I still cannot file a claim on line as it just takes me back to the same page asking me if I want to file a claim. Meanwhile I have a broken chair I cannot use in my bedroom with no way for satisfacgion. ... show more
