Was looking for blackout balloons for a gender reveal and based off the reviews and descriptions these were supposed to be. However, these balloons were very see through and thin. We could not use them as you could see the colored powder through them. The package was also broken and we received less than 100 as stated on the packaging. Some balloons were also melted together.
