I put this together by myself with no problems. The nonslip pads on the rails work really well, so make sure your mattress is aligned before putting it down or it’s difficult to adjust. One issue with it is the gap between the headboard and mattress (this could just be my placement though) if anything falls in the gap you have to completely take out a drawer to be able to get to it. ... show more

I recently changed from a queen size mattress to a king and worried this bed frame might be too big. It is exactly perfect! Even though the mattress is substantially larger than what I had, this bed frame is perfect--the headboard is not too high and there is no protruding footboard. I like the fact that this bed took less than an hour to put together. I will say it is sturdy as advertised. I should have taken into consideration the height of the bed is only 40.6”. It looks extremely small in a bedroom that has 12 foot ceilings. I will need to adjust my decor. I am disappointed that the storage drawers are free and not on a track. They have a closure but the drawers come completely out from under the bed. This was not disclosed in the original description. There is also a minor tear in the upholstery on the headboard. I shouldn’t complain as this bedframe was reasonably priced, however it’s not 100 percent accurate in the advertising. ... show more
