Unfortunately I didn’t take any pictures without the mattress. That being said… This is definitely a great bed for the price. The instructions are extremely easy to follow and it only took me like an hour or so to put this bed together. One thing though, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this bed for toddlers or small kids because the material can get stained easily. I don’t have kids but I think kids are messy so beware of that. The original box is not as big as I thought it would be but it is really heavy so be mindful of that before buying this. If you live in an apartment and don’t have an elevator it will be kind of hard to push upstairs, but definitely doable. It does look great, and I 100% recommend it. ... show more

First off… it came a week earlier than anticipated, and it was properly packaged and secured. Super heavy box though. Okay.! Next, the installation was actually easy.! (And I hate putting together things). The instructions are pictures only, but it’s easy to figure out and properly detailed! One thing I can say, the instructions says not to tightly screw all of the bolts until it’s fully completed… Listen to the instructions. If you screw them too tightly before completion, certain pieces won’t pull together properly, and you’re going to think you did something wrong. securely screw the screws in, and tighten them once the bed is fully built. The Velcro on the side of the wooden slats go UPWARDS. I had to figure that out on my own lol. But overall I love it.! The headboard is shorter than I initially thought which is kind of a bummer, but it’s ok.! It’s sturdy, no squeaks, and you can get rid of that box spring ! It’s super cute and a great price! ... show more

Very easy to put together: no more than 1-1.5 hour start to finish, and the instructions are clear. All the small parts has extras to them just in case. The material is nice, doesn’t look cheap - something I was initially afraid of. I’ve been sleeping on this bed for two months now and haven’t heard a single squeaking noise, the frame is nice and sturdy, too. It was totally worth it, especially for the price! Very easy to assemble, as the pieces come labeled! Additionally, it makes no noise when moving, and has a very comfortable headboard if that is what you’re looking for! The only thing I wished could be better is the laterals of the headboard, they seem bigger in the product picture, but are a little narrower in reality… Overall, I am really pleased with the bed, and it has a good quality! ... show more
