Great adjustable bed frame, but it comes in lots of pieces. If you can read instructions and know how to turn a few wrenches, all will be good. Make sure you associate the remote with the motor before fully assembling. Otherwise you will need to get under the bed to press the association button on the motor at the same time you press two buttons on the remote. The instructions tell you to do this first. we set this up and as soon as we attempted to raise the head, after about a 10 inch rise, there was a loud bang as the head fell down. After this, the head would not raise again. We checked underneath and the motor back cover was on the floor. We disassembled the bed and replaced the cover but that did not solve the problem as when the bed was reassembled and put to the task of raising the head again, the same thing happened. Raise to a certain point and then BANG back to the prone position. WILL SOMEONE TELL ME WHAT IS BEING DONE BOUT THIS?????? ... show more

    • Don’t waste your money!
This bed stopped working properly the next day after putting it together. The head of the bed stopped lifting and I tried my best to troubleshoot but I had no luck. I reached out to the seller to explain the situation and they never responded. I bought this bed trying to save money but the saying goes you get what you pay for and I got a broken piece of junk. ... show more

Directions not. Descriptive enough. A bit flimsy with upholstery material and parts not necessarily completed level or centered. My unit delivered was defective leg down function does not work. In process of dealing with seller to get refund. Also BEWARE. The upholstered version doesn't come with headboard although the picture on site shows the bed with one. Misleading. If mine worked I may have given it 2 stars. I needed a bed with a headboard ordered this based on pic on site but was sadly disappointed when it arrived it did not have one ... show more

A&B I had mine opposite side went I reverse all along up together work great only thang mine did come w/ message my fraught all way hook up threw surgeprotecter power ever go out won't blow brain relays what happen. Mine. Once put bed together. Took style brain found one threw eBay put on solve problem all work great $100!. Although the motor did not work, my money was refunded to purchase a new motor. If you are going to purchase this bed. Make sure you have a handyman available with electrical experience. There are many pieces and the motor did not work. This bed was really needed for my sick father. I would recommend buying from a furniture store instead of Amazon . ... show more
