I finally found an espresso bean that works with my espresso Maker. I'm a Starbucks girl all the way. But they're being there too oily. Clogging up my espresso machine so I found this product. A lego espresso medium roast. And I can't tell you between the chocolate and the caramel notes. It's the perfect coffee for me.     • Great coffee, but no longer shipped the week it's roasted.
I have been buying this coffee for a couple years through Amazon. Occasionally a pack or two out of six would be in second week after roasting. This shipment: all six were in third week after roasting! I really like my coffee extremely fresh. This is still OK, but if this trend continues with coffee that has been sitting a few weeks before shipment, I will probably start roasting my own so I can have it really fresh. ... show more

Always fresh, always light and sweet. Wonderful to breath, heavenly to taste. I've only once had coffee better than this, and I've been trying to find it again ever since.

This extra dark blend is really bold. I used to like this brand for french press, but it seems to be a bit more charred and edgy than it was a few years ago.

    • The best of the Allegro line
I like this coffee best of the Allegro line. It is mild but flavorful, and can make good drip coffee as well as French press and even an espresso, albeit not very dark. It’s got good flavor (when fresh).

This coffee is very good, and the very flavorful. This product is priced well. Hard to find really good dark coffee, but this item definitely has that dark flavorful taste.
