Photos are of the medium. The sleeves are still slightly snug, but much better and you get used to it. The lighting in the first two pictures is more accurate than the third. I ordered a small since I wear a small in most everything. Sending it back and getting a medium for a little extra room. It was difficult to put on as the shoulder space is not very wide. The dress is ok looking, however it flares out a great deal below the waist. The fabric is very thin and cheap looking. There were two holes in the dress. One rip was along the seam of the front pocket. The second rip was in the middle of the skirt, not even along a seam. Very poor quality.
