My wife absolutely loved her Jack head! It was a little tight getting it on but it’s a good fit. Would rather have it fit snug instead of loose. Yes it is a plastic mold from what other reviews stated saying it’s cheap plastic and waste of money, most cars now a days have more plastic than steel! 😂What do think your buying a glass head!! His mouth lights up blue when you wake up Alexa and all the buttons are accessible on top with perfect details of Jack. Great addition to my wife’s collection! I bought this as a surprise gift for my 9 year old autistic son. As he is a huge fan of the Jack Skellington, and has his own echo dot in his room. Once he opened the package and notice the coffin box and Jack’s on the front of the coffin; He went ballistic. I do have to say product is plastic and feels fragile when sliding in the echo dot. But once it’s on it looks amazing when it lights up. Now if Amazon would add Jack Skellington voice (aka Chris Sarando) that would be the icing to the cake. ... show more

I preordered this and was shocked when a light weight box arrived. While the packaging was cool, the lack of an ECHO device for the price was not. The original preorder listing did not specify that the device was sold separately. I'd be returning if my kids hadn't opened up the coffin-shaped box. Not worth the cost. ... show more

Love this shell and hope they come out with more characters! It's a 2 piece shell that snaps together around your dot and you plug it in the back like normal. Ordered two of them and they work great with my echo dot 5th gen. A snug fit but that's how it's made but easy to put together. Jack's mouth lights up when you ask Alexa a question and makes it that much more whimsical. Love the little coffin box it came in as well. I hope they come out with more characters later on or even just plain shells as this will keep the dust off the dot as well as protect it. An Oogie Boogie would be cool. The shell doesn't affect the sound quality or interfere with Alexa hearing what I say. No problems with interference or connectivity. I'm a Nightmare Before Christmas fan why I got it, so I like it, but I like the Mandalorian helmet better. Something happened in shipping or amazon packing sucks. I could get it out of the amazon envelop without opening it. There was a hand sized hole, and the actual box was ripped open at the top and all the pieces loose inside the bag.
