I selected 18", texture is 3B or 3C listed as kinky curly pattern(.curly, not kinky though) . I love the length gives me more styling options: pull sides back, pull up into ponytail/bun or wear down. Per the instructions, I cowashed/conditioned before wearing this unit and there was only a small amount of shedding. It was very soft before and after conditioning and the curls loosened. Perfect color on me 1B/natural. I would definitely purchase from Alipearl in the future. High quality, well worth $$. Takes time to get used to clips-very sturdy/tight hold. I had to adjust strap as tight as possible & tuck the sides at temple under because it's still about 1 inch too big. I have a small head. First Impression: Wig came styled already, bob is cut straight no customization needed it you like your bobs long … hair is very soft This wig my head perfectly too. I never purchased a wig that fit this snug and comfortable to my head. For this reason I would definitely purchase again. My only two cons to this wig is that when I tried to bleach the knots, I left the bleach for a half hour and it didn’t take. I had to finesse the knots with make up and concealer tape. One other con is that I was putting silk therapy oil on the hair and it sat on top of the spot I rubbed it to first. This hair is Betsy sensitive to oils. Use a spray bottle to spray evenly. Also be cautious on how much spray you use because it changes the texture and makes it look a little synthetic when using too much. Overall I would definitely purchase again, because of the convenience. Very easy install. Easy to go glueless as well. ... show more

The hair is decent enough, for the price. It definitely doesn't operate like 100% human hair; I would guess its a blend of some sort. The texture is very "natural" looking, as if your hair has been blowdried or air-dried & stretched. No matter if you blow dry, flat iron, or hot comb, it will not get (silky) straight. It will maintain the same texture and it Does Not Hold Curls; at least not very long. It is good for a quick/blown out "straight" look though. Also, yes, per previous comment, The Cap Is GRANDE....Big-Big ... but if you can sew, like a pair of jeans when the waist is too big LOL, it can be altered. That's what I did (in the back by the straps) and it fits perfectly, without lumps. It is workable, again, it's decent enough - maybe not to buy again but, not to return. ... show more

The hair feels very soft, however, I don’t think this wig is worth the money. There were some good qualities about it. Like I said, it’s soft, when I washed it, there wasn’t a lot of dye coming off. The reason why I don’t think it’s worth it is because the ends are very thin and see-through. The first maybe 12 inches of the wig is pretty full, but as you go down the shaft of the hair, it thins out. Additionally, the wig is so big I had to cut off about 2 inches from the part just so that it would fit my head. I don’t have a small head. It’s OK, and it will definitely be an under the hat wig, or just going to the grocery store wig. Definitely not a go to. Again I wouldn’t recommend. ... show more

I am so happy I decided to buy this wig. It came so full and soft no shedding, just bouncy and lovely! I am not certain I can call it a beginner's wig as it needs customizing. After getting customized and wearing as a frontal I decided to make it into a v-part wig by cutting it in the middle part (not telling anyone to do that) but it worked for me since wearing it as a frontal irritated my hairline, I added clip ins to secure it. This is my first clip on wig and it definitely will not be my last! I was a little bit hesitant on buying this wig. I am so glad I took a chance. My husband, friends, family and strangers alike have given me compliments! This wig reminds me of clip on tracks. It is secured on your head never worrying about glue or hiding lace etc. So light on the head but still full. Not to mention it matches my hair so perfectly! Cap is kinda big, hair is soft and holds a curl! Would recommend and likely will rebuy in longer lengths Update: I will say the ends are a bit thin. Can hold color pretty well. I’ve bleached and dyed it. I wish it was thicker
