I bought these to slip on for quick dog walks, trips to the store, etc. I picked them so I can slip on with or without socks if there is a bit of snow out or if icy. I ordered my usual size, 9, they are roomy with thin socks and will fit perfectly with thicker winter socks. Those who are half sizes would probably order up. They are pretty cute. I read reviews before purchase. I like them because they are basically like a sneaker not oversized like a snow boot. These are unisex sized which I like, it means a slightly roomier toe box, I don't actually have a wide foot and a wide is too wide. I like toe wiggle room, and these hit the spot. There is very little arch support but likely room to put in an insert. I would say they are quite water resistant, waterproof is optimistic, I wear them in the rain. I wouldn't play in deeper snow or wear them tubing as they are low and snow will get into the boot and you will get cold feet ( get ones that hit closer to mid calf) but I would take them to walk into the ski lodge, walk on packed snow or a quick walk on snowy/slushy streets but avoid deep puddles. I would wear them for commuting on public transit. I have walked in 6 inches of snow in my yard several times with dogs and yes, the snow can drop in as predicted. They are warm down to 5F at least during my errands. I haven't really tested the slip resistance in icy conditions, in rain they are fine. Definite thumbs up! ... show more

This boot is perfect for my needs. I keep them at the front door so when I need to slip out and run down to the garage to do my laundry, they're comfortable and warm and easy breezy. I don't think I'd wear these boots hiking or anything, but for my purposes, they're perfect. They can even be like cute slippers in the house, but not on the furniture... two booty for that. ... show more

Nice slippers for indoors, but not a lot of ankle support, so outside on non-level ground, they can slip. Other than that, nice and warm and comfortable.

This bootie is great. They’re very warm and comfortable. I’ve warn them everyday for two weeks while traveling. I don’t know if they would do well in deep snow. They’re just above the ankle. They slip on and off nicely. I wore them in rainy, wet, cold conditions and they kept my feet dry and warm. I recommend this for a light, easy packable, warm shoe/boot. Good price too. ... show more

These shoes serve my purpose of being easy to slip on , warm enough (I live in the desert) and can do jobs around my acreage without the hassle of putting on socks and lacing up boots. Initially I was a little disappointed in the quality. Not that I expected Uggs, but found the fur to be skimpy and thin. The fur doesn't cover the insoles, instead there's a felt like insert that slips out of position when you remove the shoe. I wish it had thicker fur throughout to cradle my feet better. The good thing about the removable insole is that it can be washed which is good if you don't want to wear socks. The outer sole is attractive but made of dense foam like Crocks, so a nail or thorn could poke through easily. I was hoping for a more resilient sole even if it was cheaper stiff rubber. But they are cute and pretty comfortable. Wore them doing carpentry all day yesterday on ladders and my feet felt great. Look cute with jeans or leggings, not so cute with sweatpants. I easily wear a size 6-1/2 and can get away with a 7 if needed. Have a medium wide(B) foot and found these shoes to be roomy. If fur was thicker, they would fit even better. My feet wiggle a little inside these, so I would say that they run slightly large. But if you live in a cold climate and need thick socks, they'd be perfect. I live in the desert with chilly mornings and just want quick slip-ons with no socks. They serve my purpose and look more expensive than they feel, but it is ok. At least folks will THINK I have fine little boots. lol☺ ... show more

Although winter is definitely not over in our parts, we have had a WET rainy winter so far, and I was looking for a SHORT ankle height winter "boot". This seems to fit the bill. I wasn't needing typical calf high winter snow boots, didn't want my thin plastic rubber boots either. Like some reviews mentioned they DO feel like slippers. I wouldn't want to hike in them but running errands or recently going through a large puddle parking lot THATS what I wanted them for. I normally wear size 10 but did as suggested & went with 10.5. I honestly JUST got them & haven't worn them out in the elements yet, so that will be the real test. ... show more

These seem to run a bit small, as my 9 year old daughter currently wears a size 3 and I ordered a size 4 womens and these just barely fit her. They seem well made and have kept her feet warm and dry this winter so far. We caught a great deal on these, so even if they don't fit her next winter, I'd be happy to purchase a larger size next year. They slip on and off easily and she has had no complaints. ... show more
