the A710 is awesome. The voice control is the only thing i have problems with the voice recognition is unreliable. The large touch control screen makes it so easy to see and make adjustments as required. The massage quality is great. Sometimes the main rollers are too aggressive but I can dialed back The foot massage is awesome too falling asleep in the chair is common The overall build quality is excellent. Everything is solid and unit weighs plenty. I'm hoping there will not be any maintenance problems in the foreseeable future ... show more

This is a great chair. The quality is nice, operates quietly. Really enjoying all the different massage options. Assembly was very easy. The instructions are towards the back of the user manual. Very comfortable for massage, but not sure I would just sit in it for a long period I'd time. I have still only used the pre-set options and have yet to create custom massage. Amazed at the way the rollers move. Soft or push deeper. Narrow and wider. His or uses all those movement during a massage. I use the full body stretch the most, which supprised me. It uses the air bags to shift your body aroundand is able to massage different parts of the muscle. I'm 6'4" so a little tall for the recommend height. The only part that it affects is the legs. I am able to adjust the chair to better accommodate, but I wish it had an add on leg extension. The heat option is nice as well as being able to put it in the front of your body. The speakers are not amazing but it is nice to have surrounding your head. What I don't like about the chair is that you have to select a massage first before you can turn on the heat or bluetooth or any other adjustments. When the cycle is over it all shuts off. I would prefer that you can set things up before and that it wouldn't be an abrupt end. My workaround is start a massage, adjust settings then pick the massage cycle that I want. If I want to go longer to start another cycle before the other one ends. I don't use the voice commands so no comment there. Overall very pleased with my purchase. ... show more

This is our first time buying a massage chair, and I was amazed by both the chair and the seller. They contacted me several times throughout the process to ensure I was happy and that I was aware of what was going on with the shipping process. I can't speak to assembly because I hired some guys to put it together, but they told me it was pretty standard, and it took them about an hour once they had everything unpacked. My husband and I both love the functionality and customization of this chair. We are super impressed by the number of functions and the ability to modify so many elements. The voice control is hit or miss; we don't really use it. If you're considering this chair, make sure you have the ability to unpack it off the pallet and assemble it (or have someone help you). As long as you can do those pieces, you'll be happy with the chair and the service. ... show more

I had accepted that in my seventies, my neck and back would simply hurt all the time. But using this massage chair has changed my outlook. Much of my chronic pain came from muscle tightness. This massage chair can be set to zero in on those tight muscles to loosen them. I am standing straighter and free from a lot of pain I had accepted as having to live with. The A710 was a great Black Friday deal and it was shipped quickly and without incident. While the shipping crate was large, moving the chair inside and assembling was not difficult. However, moving it definitely requires two adults so get the white glove service if that's not an option. Overall and as previously stated, the chair does not disappoint except for the voice commands. That feature will remain off but would be useful during operation as you don't want to remove your arms from the massage area because it feels so good. Another design decision of the chair's operation is that when the massage program completes, the chair doesn't return to home position automatically. That may be so you can keep sleeping.     • Love it but squeaks
So first off, let me say I love this chair! But I've only had it 50 days and it makes a loud squeaking nose anytime it moves from backrest to seat. We use it everyday in my house but I wasnt expecting this already. While it was extremely heavy to get out the two boxes, I managed to put it together very easily after watching a youtube video online. Forget about the intructions, they are ridiculously confusing. The chair AI "Alice" isnt helpful and ahe randomly says "I'm here" without any interaction with the chair. There are several great massage settinga on the chair, many of them feel similar, but I have picked my top 3 and stick with those. The 4D is a bit intense and I probably should have bought a 3D, but a little pillow behind my back helps with thr intensity. The bluetooth speakers work really well and are a great feature. This massage chair is awesome. There are tons of adjustments and varying levels of strength. The voice control was a little annoying so we turned it off. The leg attachment has adjustments for shorter legs which is great to use the foot rollers.
