Thus seems to be a nice watch. Haven't really done much with Alexa but it does work. My only complaint is that the watch band width is 23mm and there are very few women's selections in 23mm however, with a couple extra 23mm pins, a fancier 22mm band will also work. There was shampoo all over it when it arrived from a bottle thrown in the box with it. I rinsed it in cold water and it seems to be working. UPDATE: If the app quits working - reset the watch - thru settings and scroll to the bottom. For some reason this fixes the app on your phone. WEATHER- I figured this out! This may help a bunch of other people as well. I've been using a weather app on my phone - but there is also a "hidden" built in weather app on my phone. Normally you don't see it unless you have widgets enabled. The app and the built in weather app are using different weather sources. I went into settings and changed it so that that built in app has location permissions all the time, - and also shows up on my app screen on the phone. Now, guess what.. the watch temp matches the phone built in weather! It is off from the weather app - which is using a different source for the weather. So I would say it's working! So if your weather doesn't seem to match your weather app - find the 'BUILT IN" Weather app on your phone - and use that to compare to the watch. I bet it matches - except that the built in app updates more often than the watch does - so there may be short periods of time when they are slightly different. :) Now loving this watch. ... show more

    • Touch Screen Not functional after only using for 2 months

After 2 months the touch screen feature is not working. Went through all the trouble shooting instructions and got it to resume for 20 minutes only to stop working again. Repeatedly tried the recommended steps and the touch screen will not work. It still tells time and records health information but I cannot use any features on the watch that require me to use the touchscreen. Overall it’s not bad. Like the sleep data is nice. But with the touch screen not working I can’t use the alarm or timer or change anything. Can’t use the touch screen to turn the alarm off. Set the alarm when it was working and now I have to turn it off with the side button but now I can’t change the alarm time. I think it could look nicer. I feel like the watch face designs could have used some more thoughtful designs. Being able to change them is nice but all of them look like someone spent 20 minutes maximum. I like the reminders but it would be nice if it would work longer than two months. Feels bad. Okay, changing my rating because I got a refund without even applying for it. I am going to assume that the company read the review and processed the refund without me asking. Simply for being amazing people, I am changing my 1 star to 5. Touchscreen still doesn't work but amazing customer service, like doing something nice without even being asked is really nice. Thanks. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I've worn fitbits for years and replaced them over and over. This watch was a fraction of the price and does everything my fit bit did plus more-Alexa. The watch fits the same bands as the versa. It holds a longer charge I've been wearing it for 3 days on the original charge. It uses the very fit app which is super easy to pair. Get my notifications from whichever apps I choose on it. The charger doesn't have a cradle it has to be on a flat surface and away from anything so it doesn't get knocked over while charging. This is a nice smart watch with alexa. I mostly use it track steps since I often forget my phone at phone on walks with the dog. Alexa doesn't work for everything like an Echo dot would. I mostly use it to turn on and off smart lights in my apt. It does measure Sp02 but not like HBR and stress. It mostly does it while you sleep which is not helpful but thats the only place you can see the measured amounts. It took a few mins for the watch counts steps after I turned it on. ... show more

Fits my needs just fine! The wristband digs in. I have to adjust frequently or change to other arm. Battery lasts longer than advertised, can get a good five to six days since I don’t use the screen too often and don’t use all of the functions.
