Color was not a cobalt, but a navy blue. I got a 6P (don't know why they have it listed as a plus-sized dress only) through the "try before you buy" program. Dress had a strong (but not unpleasant) scent, which dissipated after it had been out for a while. A curly hair (there isn't a curly-haired person in this house!) fell out when I opened the package, and one of the tags was torn. Dress was somewhat big in the bust, but that is rather disguised but the dark color. Otherwise it fit fine...I am 5'3'' and plan to wear low heels with it. Love the dress, but when first unpackaged it had a bad smell. Almost vinegary, or as if it had been stored next to something nasty. I've aired it out some, which has helped. However, I may wash it myself in cold water and Woolite, since it cannot be dry cleaned. Otherwise, happy with the purchase.
