I ordered the wheel package on the afternoon of October 7, a Saturday. On October 10 UPS unexpectedly delivered four large boxes. The boxes all had something loose inside. It was the wheels in the original package that Alcoa had packed the wheels in. This was the NEXT BUSINESS DAY! The nineth was Columbus Day. I opened all eight boxes to inspect the wheels for any damage and found them as described and damage free, but no centers, lug nuts and covers. They fit my 1996 F-350 and are beautifuly polished with valve stems installed. In the evening I E-mailed the seller about the center caps and lug covers. They replied first thing the next morning. They explained that the box containing the items is shipped from a different warehouse and should arrive that day, and they did, with a set of lug nuts! I am impressed with the quality of the wheels 🛞 and more so with this seller’s response. ... show more
