This set is a great deal for the price. Very comfortable and well made pieces should give us many years of use here in the desert. We needed to get some additional dimensions before making our decision and Cherry, the customer service agent, was absolutely amazing in helping us. She also helped us customize the set to the pieces we wanted included. Adding extra swivel rockers and a table instead of the standard chairs. The media could not be loaded. This set of outdoor furniture was very easy to assemble. My husband was able to finish the assembly in 2.5 hours all by himself. All the parts were in the box and everything fit perfectly well. The cushions are very comfortable and are water resistant. Furniture is light to lift and move but not unstable. Overall we are very pleased with this purchase. Set up was tricky to start but we got the hang of it pretty quick. Pay attention when it says to wait to tighten all the screws. It will make it easier for you to get that last scew in place. Now for the color. We purchased the gray set. This set's frame is NOT black like we thought. Depending on the lighting, it has different colors! Direct sun, it shows it being a dark rust to brown color. Partial shade and it turns a little darker. Full shade and appears dark gray to black. When we got the set delivered, we noticed that the loveseat frame was a different texture and color than the rest of the set. We contacted the seller and they immediately made it right by shipping out the right loveseat. The firepit is definitely a different color than the rest of the set. The set is comfortable and attractive and nearly matches our gazebo we bought from Costco. The firepit puts off some great heat too! 15 mph winds and I can still feel the heat 5 feet away.
