Still high fiber and low overall carbs with the bonus of extra protein too. Great taste and I like that you have to try real hard to make it mushy (overcook). It takes a bit longer to cook but it keeps that nice bite. Works well in casseroles and cold salads too because of that. This product tastes just like full-carb pasta but with far more protein and less carbs. It’s great if you’re watching your diet but just can’t give up pasta. Pricey, but worth it.

This pasta is not bad for a lower carb meal. I do boil it a little longer until it is softer, but the flavor is good. I don't typically use sauce on my pasta, so the pasta needs to taste good - this one is not bad at all. These noodles are great, they taste good, the mouth feel is right and they don't get soggy when used in a recipe. If I didn't need to eat low GI pasta, they would still be my choice.

I'd give these 10 stars if I could. I'm on a high-protein diet and am always looking for ways to sneak more in. There are so many "alternative" pastas out there and some are pretty good, some are a hard pass for me. When I saw these, I was hoping they'd fill my occasional craving for COMFORT FOOD. And they totally do!!! I've made tuna-noodle casserole with homemade mushroom sauce (41g protein per serving!) and fettuccine alfredo with broccoli and chicken (35g protein per serving), and there is ZERO difference between between using this pasta and "traditional" egg noodles. The ingredient list is short and has no funky swaps, no chickpeas or soy, just extra wheat protein to boost these up to 16g per serving. Buy these now!
