I really miss egg-noodles in my diet, but at least I found these. They cook very quickly, taste good, and I can eat a reasonable amount without spiking my glucose level too high. I would prefer it if they were not so expensive, but I purchase them anyway.

I made a skillet chicken noodle Casserole . The noodles were perfect and stayed firm through left over reheat. Taste was great.

I use this product to save calories and have started using it in every recipe that calls for noodles. It is a great way to enjoy pasta without all the calories. It is a great product if you are following the Weight Watchers points diet.

Pretty expensive, but still worth it!

These noodles are expensive but oh so vital to my Keto diet. I only have about a small handful when I cook some up because they are still a little high even for Keto, but they do the trick if I plan my macros out for the day around them. They are not going to be exactly spot on to actual pasta, but t
hat’s kind of part of the deal with Keto. Nothing is going to taste exact. It kind of takes on the taste of whatever sauce you pair with it which is fine with me. The texture is a little more soft than your average noodle, but still isn’t too far off that it throws me off. My wife doesn’t like it nearly as much, but she doesn’t do keto so that is probably why the trade off isn’t as good for her. I get these every few months when I have a craving for pasta and it hits the spot. I don’t get it too often because it is quite expensive when normal pasta in the store is a dollar. It takes me a bit to finish a bag though because like I said, I only cook a small amount at a time for myself. I completely recommend this to anyone looking for a lower carb option! It’s the best pasta option I’ve had so far and I have tried alot!

I absolutely love this pasta! I have used it in beef stroganoff, spaghetti, type dishes, and chicken marinara. Actually, the last time I used, it was with a pot roast instead of potatoes the yummy taste without the guilt of all the pasta carbs.
