  • This pasta is awesome!
Flavor Name: Cavatappi & Rigatoni Variety Pack Size: 12 Ounce (Pack of 4)
I believe I have literally tried every high-protein pasta on the market and this is by far the best. The texture is nice not rubbery like many others. It actually taste like pasta. I will continue to purchase this because I love the texture the size and the value..

  • Great pasta!!
Flavor Name: Egg and Garlic Size: 10 Ounce (Pack of 2)
Fantastic! My husband is diabetic and it’s important for us to cut our carbs, meaning no pasta, bread, potatoes, etc. It’s been literally years since we have eaten pasta “twice” in one month! The texture is great, the taste is great…we see no difference from regular pasta. Thank you!

  • Not exactly Keto but all hope is not lost
Flavor Name: Egg Fettuccine Size: 10 Ounce (Pack of 6)
If you were looking for a "keto" solution to your pasta cravings this might seem like the answer to your prayers but it's important that you be forewarned that this product is made with semolina flour and, therefore, isn't strictly keto. Now if you do "lazy" keto there are some other things to also keep in mind. Portion size - Do you have a digital kitchen scale? You don't? Each package of pasta can be divided into 4 portions for working out your macros. I know the package says that it contains 5 servings but, unless you're portioning out your pasta with a digital scale before you cook it, you'll probably just divide it in half. Two halves of a half bag (1/4 bag for the mathematically challenged) is what I cook for my son and I. That portion size is just right for one person but the net carbs are high enough that, even if you're doing lazy keto you'll want to avoid any other carbs that day. Some math: Servings per container: 5 Total carbs per serving: 24 Dietary Fiber: 7 120 Total carbohydrates for the entire package minus 35 Dietary Fiber = 85 Net carbs per bag. If you're dividing that by 4 (half of half a bag at a time... let's not pretend you were going to divide it in 5 portions...) that's 21.25 Net Carbs per person. That's a LOT of carbs to consume in one go. It's about HALF of what you'd consume in the same amount of store bought pasta, though. My son and I have decided that we'll use this pasta as a "once in a while" treat for when we're really missing pasta but there's no way it could become a regular part of our diet. And, on those days that we decide to have this pasta, we'll avoid any other carbs at all cost. Wait... you DO have a digital kitchen scale? it's 8.5 Net carbs per ounce (28.3 grams). You make your portion sizes however you like. I don't judge. Taste - The pasta tastes great. If you've tried those shirataki noodles and hated them (because they're gross and you're a normal person) then you have nothing to fear from this pasta. Because it's pasta. Seriously. Cooking time - The directions tell you to boil for 3 minutes and it's done but I gotta tell you... while I'm not opposed to my pasta being "al dente" at all... 3 minutes is a joke. Very chewy, tastes like raw flour, very gummy and terrible mouth feel. Kinda like under-cooked pasta. Imagine that. Give it at least 5-6 minutes in the boil if you want the best results (in my experience, anyway). Here's the bottom line; It's pasta. It's not pretend pasta. It's not some mystical "fiber from the root of the ancient oriental catnip turnip" concoction that smells like fish. It's lower in carbs than the stuff you'll find at your grocery store but that doesn't mean that it's "low in carbs". Watch your portions and limit yourself responsibly and you'll never consider giving shirataki noodles another try. Maybe for bait if you enjoy fishing. Maybe. ... show more

  • Surprised at how GOOD these noodles are!
Flavor Name: Cavatappi Size: 12 Ounce (Pack of 8)
So, my husband and I decided to try a low carb diet this year. I was pretty wary of low carb noodles after a few bad experiences but... these noodles are really good!! We set up a subscription so that we don't run out. They taste just like normal noodles! They are pricier than normal noodles, for sure. But, these are definitely worth the price if it means getting to eat pasta that tastes just like the "real stuff". 10/10 would definitely recommend! ... show more

  • Great for my diabetic spouse. TASTES GREAT too!
Flavor Name: Egg Fettuccine Size: 10 Ounce (Pack of 6)
We love, love, love pasta, so we were sad when my husband became diabetic and needed to reduce his carbohydrates by limiting our famoly favorite pasta dishes. We were relieved and happy to find a lower carb pasta that TASTES GREAT, has good texture, and holds onto sauces very well! We use this pasta at least 3 times a month. We don't even miss the additional carbs from "regular" pasta. It is a terrific replacement for people who need to cut carbs. MUCH better taste than gluten free or Keto pastas. One tip: boil the pasta longer than the directions say. And, you pay less buying this pasta in this box of 6 than if you buy individual packages at the grocery store. ... show more
