Great for my diabetic spouse. TASTES GREAT too!

We love, love, love pasta, so we were sad when my husband became diabetic and needed to reduce his carbohydrates by limiting our famoly favorite pasta dishes. We were relieved and happy to find a lower carb pasta that TASTES GREAT, has good texture, and holds onto sauces very well! We use this pasta
at least 3 times a month. We don't even miss the additional carbs from "regular" pasta. It is a terrific replacement for people who need to cut carbs. MUCH better taste than gluten free or Keto pastas. One tip: boil the pasta longer than the directions say. And, you pay less buying this pasta in this box of 6 than if you buy individual packages at the grocery store.

My husband is diabetic so he has to watch his carb intake. I love pasta and could not find one I liked that was low carb. I love this one. The texture and taste is like regular pasta. I do cook it longer than the directions call for but that is a personal taste. It is a little pricey but worth it.

I am always looking for a lower carbohydrate/sugar option for my meals. This pasta is easy to make and tastes great. Most other options don’t usually cook or taste like regular pasta. I highly recommend this pasta.

They are so good! All the other “sub” pastas are subpar as far as I’m concerned. This pasta cooks quick, stays in shape and eats just like the real thing!

Pretty expensive, but still worth it!

These noodles are expensive but oh so vital to my Keto diet. I only have about a small handful when I cook some up because they are still a little high even for Keto, but they do the trick if I plan my macros out for the day around them. They are not going to be exactly spot on to actual pasta, but t
hat’s kind of part of the deal with Keto. Nothing is going to taste exact. It kind of takes on the taste of whatever sauce you pair with it which is fine with me. The texture is a little more soft than your average noodle, but still isn’t too far off that it throws me off. My wife doesn’t like it nearly as much, but she doesn’t do keto so that is probably why the trade off isn’t as good for her. I get these every few months when I have a craving for pasta and it hits the spot. I don’t get it too often because it is quite expensive when normal pasta in the store is a dollar. It takes me a bit to finish a bag though because like I said, I only cook a small amount at a time for myself. I completely recommend this to anyone looking for a lower carb option! It’s the best pasta option I’ve had so far and I have tried alot!

Lower carb noodle without funny flavor or texture

Love these noodles. Probably about 1/2 the carbs of regular noodles but also don’t have the bad flavor of keto noodles or the texture. They come out like regular noodles and love them for a little healthier option.
