I wanted this blouse to fit because it is very pretty and nice quality. However, it is cut pretty straight and I'm kind of curvy in the hips. It fit in the top but was a little snug around the hips. I normally would get a XXL, I read reviews saying that it was on the small side so I got 3X since I like my clothes slightly loose. It fits SNUG - no room for give here and definitely no stretch. It is also easily wrinkled. I think I was more interested in the embroidery which is super cute, and it's hard to find high neck tunics like this.
