I like the idea of this hair extension piece. Instead of dealing with a full synthetic wig, where you have to put on a hair net and other accesories, this can be attached like a headband. Though it takes a lot of practise to put it on, it is easier to conceal and blends with your natural hair. It is thick and I love how the waves just falls naturally on your shoulders. easy to put on thanks to the transparent hair band. did take little bit to put on since its my first time ever using hair extension. I have straight, fine, thin hair and am going through postpartum hair loss so this did add the extra volume. I didn't have enough hair to hold it place so I had to tease my natural hair first before putting it on. it also helped hide the weft better too. length was a little lower than my armpit. did feel like human hair and I used low setting heat to curl it. worked fine so recommend. ... show more

I haven't used extensions before but have always been curious. My hair isn't horribly thin. I would say normal thickness and normal density. At 44, I imagine it is leaning more towards thinner side of normal and lower end of normal density. My first attempt at attaching this wasn't too bad but I obviously have a learning curve to overcome. Once I did get it somewhat adjusted I tried to blend and it feels really nice to me. The hardest part is always trying to match the color. I also think perhaps I don't have enough hair to cover this unless it is just my novice hand at attaching and blending. Being my first time, I am just figuring this all out. I did play around with it and I can tell I have it on. Perhaps since I don't normally wear hair pieces, I find it adding this much hair was noticeable, not bad, just different. The line was easy to adjust and didn't hurt my head. It also didn't tangle up my hair. I didn't really get the hang of attaching the clips so have to dig up some tutorials on that. It looks like some other halos don't have clips and that seems like it might sit flatter and feel more comfortable but, I also think the clips add more security especially for a beginner like myself. As a novice, I was impressed with the feel and look of the hair. I brushed it thoroughly and it didn't frizz or pull, etc. Overall, I think if nothing else, it will be a good practice piece for me. ... show more

This hair piece is made very well. Not only does it have four combs that you can snap in it also has a small elastic band to help secure the extensions to your head. It comes with a netting around it to protect the actual hair, a pink clip of some type, replacement snap comb, a spray bottle ( which I'm not sure it is for), and another small comb for your hair. It's a nice length so when inserted it will go down to the middle of your back and it has enough beach wave to it to make it look realistic. I got this in a blonde so I could experiment with colors. I have dark brown hair and I have to bleach my hair if I want to put purple, pink, blue, green, or whatever in it and I have done that in the past. It is not been kind to my hair. Yes I know it's only hair and it'll grow back but I'm a girl and my hair is getting thinner as I get older and I like to keep it. So I thought this was a simple fix so I could try different colors. As far as I'm concerned it's very well worth the price especially if it's saving my own lovely locks. It is a darker blonde so I'm not sure how the color will take to it or will even turn out to look like. Fingers crossed it is what I need. I don't want to have to second-guess the color pic as there is a silver in there that I think would be outstanding with a lot of these colors. But that's just me. I'm just throwing my idea out there just in case you to would like to experiment but not jeopardize the health of your own hair. Try it! You never know. ... show more
