I am a man with a big head . This works much better for me than the blue men’s headgear . This one will be tight the first couple of nights, but will then stretch to a point where it will be comfortable, but tight enough to stay in place . I’ve been struggling with the men’s blue headgear for years . They are inconsistent in size from order to order, and never stay snug . The last two men’s headgear i ordered needed the adjustment clips right away, and my head is xxl ! I was mistakenly sent the women’s model on a previous order. The difference in quality is huge . Guys, if you can’t get the men’s version to work well, try this one . It is much more durable and retains its elasticity much much longer . ... show more

    • Not manufacturer's model; still works fine
This is not the model of strap that I received with my Airfit P10. The strap has two sections, with an adjustable clip for fit on the left side. That being said, this is fine. Not what I was looking for, but as long as you don't mind a plastic clip on the strap, it'll be fine. That didn't work out well for me, I found it distracting at night when I'd lay on my side, or if I adjusted the mask. Comfort is one of those subjective things that you can't quite nail down. I'm a large guy with a huge noggin, so take that into consideration. I've worn the pink P10 straps in the past as they were tighter than the blues, and would loosen up to a comfortably firm fit after a week or so of wearing. Material and stretchiness was fine, I'd imagine it to be as durable the original as it feels like the same material. Tried for about 2 weeks, and the elasticity never relaxed, so I ended up switching to a different strap. ... show more

    • Not what I ordered!
This headgear is not the same as pictured for this item. The one pictured is plain with no adjustment tab on it. The one I received has the adjustment tab, which doesn't work near as well as the one that I was purchasing. It might be that they aren't making the older version any longer, but I wouldn't have purchased this if I had known that this is what I would receive. The picture needs to be updated so that people know what they are getting. When I went in to return the item, it said that it cannot be returned. ... show more

    • Same strap the comes with the original CPap accessories
The strap stretches out over time and changes the fit of the CPap mask. I've used the clips that come with the straps to tighten it, but it just doesn't fit as well. My insurance pays for a new one every 6 months or so, but somehow it's not enough. Bought this strap and am satisfied it'll get me to my next (insurance) replacement. A bit overpriced, but necessary for the daily comfort while using the machine. ... show more

    • Nose plugs work better than full mask.
With full mask I got wrinkles and rashes on my face. Also the air pressure made fluttering noise around the mask. With nose plugs, I get no wrinkles or rashes or fluttering. Much better after a couple of nights of adjustments. It does stretch out after a while, but it's worth it to avoid full mask problems. ... show more

I use this headgear with my ResMed n30. The headgear for that mask has a buckle which used to dig into my head. This was just the ticket. I liked it so much I bought 3 in all, some to use for backup.

    • Perfect replacement for my old headgear!
Desperately needed replacement headgear strap for my C-pap. Too much of a hassle to get through my new insurance....would need appointment with Pulmonary Physician (with $50 copay) to get copy of sleep study and prescription for supplies, find supplier that participates with my insurance, order supplies, wait for delivery, and pay out of picket whatsver insurance didn't cover. Able to order what I needed on Amazon, and total cost was about the same as it would have been if I had gone the other route, and I got them faster! ... show more
