These toolboxes are almost what I expected. They are plastic, they are sturdy. They will work to hold a small amount of items. What was not expected... the Large box does NOT have a tool tray. Only the Small box has a tool tray. This was a complete turn off for me. I plan to use the box for a first aid kit and that tool tray was needed in the large box. Now I have storage boxes and no need. Need to find alternative box with tool tray to use for my first aid kit. ... show more

No, these are not replacing a big tool box or anything that "looks" the same. These came in handy to put electrical tools in 1 place, and plumbing tools in another. This way I can grab the tool box that has what i need and go. They serve their purpose and look like the "better brand". No complaints.

With the tray in the large one it doesn't hold many tools. The tray design is very inflexible. Other issue is the hinges. The clips fold under and if you don't notice it shutting the lid flips the clip off. Also the sidewalls flex even when not full making the lid not match the bottom. I really like the little compartments on top for screwdriver inserts. They are not long enough for the extensions nor drills though. Just stubby power drill inserts. Very nice. The color is fine and the plastic seems to be flexible so it will probably last a while. I am not overly enthused but generally satisfied. ... show more
