I bought these in Nov. 21, I received on time. I live in St.Vincent- the Caribbean, so we need to use curriers, we do not have direct shipping. With that being said...Lets discuss these cups. The good Stuff. These tumblers sublimate WONDERFULLY! I totally loved them. I had a client who loved having his own designs on the cups, he bought them for his fam Christmas gifts. I managed to keep one for my self, It did not sublimate properly ...but that was totally on me, I did not get the time I should leave it in the oven right...So obviously it did not come out grweat at all. But the cup it self keeps Hot stuff hot ( really hot). and cold stuff really cold for hrsss. To the bad stuff I really with these were LEAK PROOF.....They are NOT!... If your cup tumblers over, the lid pops off spilling everything out. SAD ! I took my tumbler to a beach party to show off and get some free marketing from my business, sad to say it dropped out of my hand ...and all my drink was gone!!! I really with the persons producing these would make them spill proof. All in all I am still enjoying my tumbler...I totally love them still. But I would not buy again because of the fact that they spill if they drop. ... show more

***update to original review*** I ordered my second batch of tumblers and something is wrong with the tumblers themselves. My first order sublimated beautifully, but these ones are burning and one of them has some of the coating coming off. The only difference is the cups being from a different order. Very frustrating! The cups themselves are fine. The shrink wrap is what is terrible, it melts when it comes in contact with heat!!! Thankfully I was standing close by when it started bubbling and melting while transferring my sublimation. ... show more

Cups are nice but finally realized that they all were not the same height. So be sure to double check your cup measurements BEFORE trimming the design to sublimate.

The cups worked out fine, the shrink wrap sucked one of the two cups that I brought had major ghosting because the shirk wrap didn't hold up to the heat. I made these for a customer. May cost me the sale.

I was very impressed with how my first custom tumbler turned out! i accidentally scorched the sublimation paper in the process of making it. Not any fault with the tumbler itself, that was my fault. I didn't use the shrink wrap with my mug press so im not sure if that was why the paper scorched, the craft paper i wrapped it ith also scorched so i believe that was just due to how hot my press got. It did not affect the quality of the design at all. It still turned out perfect. No weird smells were left after the stinky scorched sublimation paper incident. I will definitely purchase more!!! I do wish the tumblers were a little more thickly lined inside just to give my customers confidence it will keep their drinks hotter/colder longer. I have not personally tested that out. My customers have been very pleased with them though. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I think they sublimate well. They seem a little thin compared to pnes you get at the store, solid color etc. These are the first two I did, ever. Used a toaster over, I think they come out well. The shrink wrap rips with the heat and I thought it wouldn't sublimate in those places, I was wrong. I love that you can put anything on them to personalize. I took a picture of my friends hot air balloon years ago, put it on the tumbler. It was a hit!! My dad passed in Feb 2021, my son designed what he wanted and its now on a cup he always takes with him πŸ’™ Ordered then tappered shape since. ... show more
