I love the case . . . The screen saver is damaged with some type of glue or something on it and the seal is broken. It would be an awesome case if that was not defective. They did a replacement of the case, expecting it today. Replacement came. Case is great but moisture still develops inside screen saver when using it. ... show more

UPDATE - I'm still using this case over a year since I left my review. I have dropped my phone sooooo many times. The case may be a bit scratched up, but that's my fault. It has protected my phone very well and I absolutely recommend this case. Never had a cracked phone or any other issues. It has protected it well. I have always bought an otter box as I am not very nice to my phones. I drop them constantly. But I may not have this phone for more than 6 months so I didn't want to spend alot on a case. But this one is well worth the money....great price and great value! It fits my iPhone 8 perfectly, easy to get on and off, and easy to clean. I have only dropped my phone twice but this has protected it! ... show more

I am a phones worst nightmare! I move so fast all the time and constantly drop my phone, I needed a phone case that was durable and could take how rough I am on phones. I just got a new phone after Christmas and I got this case and it has been dropped so many times and my phone is still good! This case it definitely worth it and just what I needed. The only thing is it's a little too bulky to put on an ihome speaker, but that's the "worse" thing about it. I would definitely recommend this case for people who put their phones thru the ringer it's great! ... show more

This case does fit very tight to the phone but that’s what you want! For the very outer portion, start at the bottom of the phone and get the speaker portion and port cover fitted into place first and then gently but firmly fit it up the sides, then do the top. (I used tweezers to help get it over the lip of the plastic shell in some places but a very small screwdriver would probably work too.) The fingerprint reader plastic cover does not hold up but it comes off easily and I used a little rubbing alcohol to remove most of the adhesive left afterwards. (Do let the case “dry” for a little bit before putting the phone into it though.) I leave the built in screen protector intact, otherwise. This is the second case of this type that I’ve purchased on Amazon for my iPhone 8 Plus and I got a little over 2 years out of the first one. (The cover for the power port starting ripping off my previous case, hence the new case.) Yes, this case is a pain to get onto the phone but my phone still looks brand new and trust me, I’ve “dropped checked” this kind of case a fair bit. No issues with the screen protector. (I’ve typed this review with the new case on.) ... show more
