I have had this product for a couple of weeks now. Initially I felt that it should be installed on the back side of my iPad Magic Keyboard, with the pen pointed to my right. My wife felt that the pen should be pointed to the left. I followed her suggestion, but always felt uncomfortable with using it that way. It felt more natural for me to have the pen pointed to the right, but, hey, it was already stuck to the surface. When I reread the product information, I noticed that it stated that it was easy to remove, and to re-stick. I doubted that it would be, but took a pocket knife and slowly slide it between the pen holder and the keyboard backing. Within a minute, I had the two separated. Much to my surprise, I reversed it and applied the holder to the keyboard, and it stuck, tightly, and now functions as I feel is more natural. That was hard to believe for me, but the product description was correct, it does remove and re-apply. I am very happy with the product. I would recommend it to others. The magnet functions well enough to hold my iPen, without dropping or losing it now. ... show more

I like it, I was skeptical at first with the reviews but it worked for me. I have the 1st Gen apple pen. My pen doesn’t fall out and it’s sticks. I think what I’m not a huge fan of is how thick it is, but what I really wanted was a place to hold my apple pen, so I’ll sacrifice the bulkiness for it actually holding the pen. ... show more

words cannot describe how excited i am to find this pencil holder. i’m prone to carpal tunnel syndrome and a college student so writing with the apple pencil by it’s self is very uncomfortable. i’ve spent so much time and energy looking for a case that’ll hold my pencil with a grip on it and i’m so happy that this is able to hold my pencil ... show more

The sticking adhesive is SUPER strong so make sure you put it exactly where you want it. holds men firmly, pen doesn’t fall out even when I flip the ipad.
