I have had this product for a couple of weeks now. Initially I felt that it should be installed on the back side of my iPad Magic Keyboard, with the pen pointed to my right. My wife felt that the pen should be pointed to the left. I followed her suggestion, but always felt uncomfortable with using it that way. It felt more natural for me to have the pen pointed to the right, but, hey, it was already stuck to the surface. When I reread the product information, I noticed that it stated that it was easy to remove, and to re-stick. I doubted that it would be, but took a pocket knife and slowly slide it between the pen holder and the keyboard backing. Within a minute, I had the two separated. Much to my surprise, I reversed it and applied the holder to the keyboard, and it stuck, tightly, and now functions as I feel is more natural. That was hard to believe for me, but the product description was correct, it does remove and re-apply. I am very happy with the product. I would recommend it to others. The magnet functions well enough to hold my iPen, without dropping or losing it now. ... show more

Great product but is a hazard because the adhesive isn't strong enough to affix on an iPad especially if you put your ipad in bags and such. You are sure to lose your apple pencil and this attachment

After installation, gave it a couple of shakes, and the pencil kept falling out. This is an issue because I travel a lot and I just know I would end up losing my pencil the magnet should be stronger.
