This pump is small enough to take with you in a bicycle rack bag. It attaches with some effort and works well. It is definitely for foot actuation as it takes some real effort to press the piston downward to use. Good pump overall.

Too bad it is such a cute little thing to have on hand, but it did not work for me. My jogger stroller often lose air in tires, and I wanted try by myself instead of going to the bike shop. No matter how hard I tried to push, it will not fill all the way. I took it with my stroller to the bike shop after all, and the guy at the shop tried it and told me this pump cannot fill any more than 30 psi, which is not enough to harden my tires.
