I saw some negative comments about the hole being too small but i decided to take a chance. The hole is pretty big and so easy to fill. They all came with plugs as well. I've bought these before and not a problem I used all the cups and no problem it was the second batch I ordered and all have broken! I've used 3 out 6 and all broke. Ugh I'm torn because the first time I bought were fine and second batch I did notice the holes were different on bottom then first batch but I didn't think any of it. Totally unsatisfied. The media could not be loaded. I say unsure because out of the 6 I bought the only one that turned out is the Frozen tumbler and that is done with printable vinyl. As far as the other 5 that I tried sublimating my images are dull, look faded and very light and I have tried them in my tumbler press as well as my oven. The reason I say unsure 🫤 is because this is my first set of glass tumblers to sublimate. I have done T-shirts, regular tumblers, keychains, magnets etc but my first set of glass tumblers so it could very well be me and not the merchandise just not sure yet. I have tried different temps, times and paper and they all come out the same. My Frozen snow globe I love how it turned out but like I said that is printable vinyl. I couldn’t find a plug to fit it so I just used a piece of tape with my UV resin and glitter which is fine with me because I’m doing that with or without a plug. But the lid, straw and quality of the glass seems to be of good quality. ... show more

The first order I had placed worked great when filling because the hole was on the side . The second order has the hole in the middle which makes it so much harder to get rid of the huge bubble. Still haven’t been able to fill the cup fully.

The media could not be loaded. So the hole is drilled right in the middle when the pictures advertise the holes drilled off to the side of the bottom.. With that being said the bottom sinks in making it impossible to get bubbles out leaving a big bubble. Doesn't look cut when the cup sits up... and the holes are drilled way to big the plug doesn't even stay, I even tried to super glue it up it still wouldn't stay. The glug actually went all the way in the cup due to how big the hole was.. Disappointed ... show more
