It can be dressy or casual. I love that it's very fun to twirl in it makes me feel like a young girl again LOL yes I'm weird. First, the color is not what I expected. In the product listing it looks yellow. In reality it’s more of a orange-yellow. Similar to lines you find on American roads that divide lanes.
