I got this to store my sweaters in my closet since I don’t want to hang them up. I like that the organizer has both Velcro and hooks to hold it up. The media could not be loaded. I love the concept of this and besides the one defective piece I would probably have given it four or five stars. I bought a similar item to this from a different company that also had a piece that was sewn wrong and didn’t work. So I returned it and tried this company instead…what are the chances that I would receive another one that’s defective lol. Such a bummer! ... show more

This item broke so fast. It was so great putting this up for my sons back to school outfits. I just lay it out and it all be set up. It’s his first week of school and it broke. He's small, 7yrs old the weight of the clothes is not heavy and I didn’t put shoes or anything in it. It’s held by one pin on the Velcro part that hangs. Not worth it. Pointless to return because amazon is saying there return policy is subject to if it is damaged. Looking for a new product bc I do love the idea of this. ... show more
