    This band is great for power yoga, it stays in place and makes you sweat A LOT. Doesn’t interfere with core bends and similar positions, but it’s one flaw is that it keeps stretching and the sweat somewhat permeates into the fabric making it more pliable in certain areas, which means that after a few times using it, it will need to be stretched (unevenly) to cover the same area as before. Other than losing its shape (elasticity, rather) it is a great aid for making your core sweat a lot. And, you will not feel overheated at all. ... show more

    what you pul/ on the velcro section, the perforations the sewing made in the neoprene causes a weak spot, and so the neoprene easily tears at that point. try not to pull on the velcro but the neoprene. Not the end of the world but pretends a short life span...

    Stitching on inside edge of velcro cut into the belt causing the belt to separate /fail as if cut with a razor knife. Belt did not function as intended but for a very limited time frame (2 weeks).
