After using for the very first time, the motor inside the protruding part of the toy must have died, and no longer vibrated. The tongue still works and vibrates, but I literally purchased this because I was really looking forward to the vibrations focused in the g-spot. It’s DEFINITELY pleasing, the moment you turn it on, it’s pure bliss, it did take some maneuvering to find the spot, so keep that in mind, also, it did take a while to get me to the finish, but it felt very good during. If you like being on the edge for a while, this is perfect. I don’t know if it’s supposed to have suction, but I didn’t feel any. OMG!! This toy is awesome!! I was skeptical about it when I saw it because it just didn’t look like it would work well. It arrived and I charged it in less than an hour and wow. 5 minutes was all I needed & I have a really hard time having an orgasm. I would highly recommend it & the price is fantastic. I have a lelo that doesn’t work for me that was $100+. If you decide to purchase, I would recommend a foaming toy cleaner because the tongue area of the toy only has a small gap to clean the area. Foaming cleaner will get into the small gaps then use a Qtip to ensure the entire area is cleaned. It comes with a nylon bag for storage. *** update *** The tongue portion broke after 3 uses !!
