First and foremost, I will say that I do like this toy. It is compact but packs a lot of punch! Unfortunately, I have gone through 2 of them now after only a few uses. When I first charged it after opening, the magnetic pull was strong and could be placed at any angle to charge. When I went to charge it again the magnet was not as strong and I had to fiddle around until I found a position for it to charge in. After a full night of charging, it only lasts for 20-30 minutes. For example, last night, I charged the toy all night and the LCD screen showed it was fully charged. Once I actually turned it on, it had only 1 bar. So I gave it a 3 because I do love this toy. But I have been through 2 now with the same issue. Update 1/14-- I did contact them and they gave a refund. It was super easy to work with them and they were very nice.
