I love this backpack! I use it for the gym it fits a full 16.5 oz size water bottle, Powerbeats pro case which is kind of big, my phone and resistance bands and glute bands. There are times I can also fit my normal sized rope attachment for the cable machine if I swap out the bands and earbuds case. The front pocket is functional and I use that for my car key. The straps can be converted into a backpack but I leave it as a crossbody since the bag is so small it fits weird as a backpack. I usually leave the backpack on the floor near me and it’s held up pretty well there are no stains, rips or tears. This little backpack fits everything I need! ... show more

This is hands down the cutest backpack out there. It fits everything you need, wallet, a protein bar, the standard 16.9 ounce water bottle. It’s roomier than you think and I love that you can wear it as a crossbody bag. I highly recommend and it’s very well made.

I should have read about the dimensions of this little bag I purchased for my 19 year-old. It looked bigger in the pictures! BUT, she loved it. This Adidas bag could be worn two ways...as a backpack or a crossbody bag. The "crossbodiness" is the reason why I purchased it.
