These shoes hurt quite a lot near my toes when walking on day one, but I know shoes sometimes need to break in. I spent some time bending them by hand near the pain point, flexing in multiple directions. After that, the second day they were much better. On the third day the pain was mostly gone. The leather is nice and plush. Haven't gotten it dirty, but seems easy to clean. The weight makes this a style shoe primarily, which was my intention. Grip is good on concrete and metal surfaces.
