These shoes are great, I almost didn't get them because of peoples bad reviews. Then I saw that they are the same shoe that Danny Macaskill rides with so I figured I would give them a try. The support of the shoe is very stiff and perfect for riding with, and the grip is amazing. I have to lift my foot off the pedal if I need to make any adjustment because they will not slide at all. This is my first pair of riding shoes and I have been riding for 20 plus years without them, I don't know why I waited so long. I plan on never riding without them again. I have over 200 miles of riding on them already, and they still look brand new. I have a very aggressive platform pedal with large studs for traction, and they don't even make a mark on the sole. ... show more

I’m not getting paid by anyone and I’m not sponsored by anyone there’s no reason for me to lie I listen to some idiotic reviews that had no idea what they’re talking about or they’re just jealous that they can even afford these cheaper mountain bike shoes. I’m glad I didn’t listen to those negative comments and went ahead and ordered the shoes they’re stiff or do you need them and they’re flexible where you can walk on with comfort. For me these are better than the higher end shoes are too stiff that you came and walk if you get a flat tire and you have to walk 2 miles pin so far all the negative reports either they don’t only shoes or they wish they Only shoes are they just couldn’t even afford them so they had to be negative about it!One out of 10 bad reviews is usually the jealous person that can’t afford it don’t listen to those because I’m not listening to those anymore.! ... show more

Got them right before my “spirited” bike ride. The size fits as described. I really like the rubber platform. These look good! Like bowling shoes but still snazzy. I wish the material was thicker in the toe box. Not quite good enough for 100d shoes. I didn't wear outside the house, I'm sure the stealth rubber is great on pins, my other 5.10 clones work great, never ever slipped off the pedals.

Third pair of Five Tens. First pair handled all of the wear and tear of mountain biking for years. Replaced with a second pair of Five Tens, which again were comfortable, true to size, and grip the pegs in the pedals extremely well. Really love these shoes for flat pedals! They looks really nice and honestly I wish I bought two pairs because they have gotten so dirty from all the mountain bike dirt. They seem to be holding up well to my nukeproof titanium pinned pedals. Will definitely buy again!
