This backpack is great! Perfect size for many ages. Just two ways I can think of to improve (Adidas - I hope you read this): 1 - I wish the adidas stripes were reflective for better safety when walking to the bus stop in early mornings, 2 - the shoulder strap adjuster thingy's just hang down and they are very long, I wish there were some kind of elastic/velcro strap on it to roll it up and secure it.
