The loctician felt they were a little too stiff for her so she washed and prepped them first. They are still a little rough and I have had them in for about a week but with a little mousse they are loosening up. I ordered on Saturday late night received on Monday, all 100 extensions was received. I’m currently bleaching the tips to dye the ends. Here’s my now picture I’ll update once installed.
