Finding a frame with 5 openings in one cohesive line is actually pretty difficult to find, especially when you're looking for a 5x7 sizing. I received the item in a timely manner considering it was during the holiday season. However it did come with a divot. I emailed Adeco and called them. They reassured me I would get a replacement item and not have to hassle with sending the damaged item back. I am very happy with the customer service. He was upfront with me and told me that it would be a while before I got the replacement as a result of the busy time. I am ok with this as its not a gift and I am in no rush. Also was nice to talk to someone and not an operated system. I have not yet received my replacement item but if I don't and have any trouble I will place another review. I only took the star off because of the damage which may have been delivering service fault anyway. Overall love the product and cant wait to get my replacement. ... show more

This frame was perfect for the letter name collage I made. It has a very nice colored finish to the front and was shipped with no defects. A 7 picture frame like this is hard to come by! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the actual image slots are not divided inside, so it took a while to get the images to be straight and in the glass openings. Made of cheap plexiglass that does not lay flat. It bends and wavers. One plexiglass is not even sized to fit, it’s too large to lay flat. I would not recommend or purchase again… definitely not gift!
