The cream has a nice thicker but easy to blend texture. I've been happy with my usual neck cream but decided after seeing articles of top performing neck cream and this one had top ratings decided to try. After only a few weeks, it seems to be working well but time will tell. As far as others comments but the broken pump. It's an airless (no tube) pump. Had same type on an eye cream and I thought it was defective. Called company to report the broken item and they tell me to turn it over, keeping the cap on, and a couple of hard smacks on the countertop to activate....like it pushes the air in the container to the bottom of the container. I don't review often lets just say that first and foremost. In today's day and age it's hard to find just a few minutes to sit down and give feedback or a review. Busy Lady! However, this is the first time I have felt a product of such earned my attention and I want others to know of this too. I'm 52 and have always had a slight obesity issue. Mostly my weight carried in my face (chin and neck to be exact) I hated it! This has to be the best stuff on the market. Not only does feel amazing and smoothes in so wonderfully, it actually lifts and firms! No scent at all which is always a plus. I really like this cream for its weight and pleasant smell. It definitely moisturizes. I didn't notice a great improvement in my wrinkles, but the cream overall is very pleasing to use and I LOVE the dispenser. It's a really clever press-down and it absolutely allows you to use all of the cream in the pot. I'll continue to buy this cream as a regular moisturizer but I'll add other products for wrinkles. ... show more

I am very happy with this product. My second jar arrived and the plunger pump applicator does not administer the cream. I wrote to them via "Contact Us" and heard nothing. I found an email and wrote again and it bounced back. It is impossible to reach them for a resolution.

I wanted to try as reviews were good. My neck is looking crepier with a little sag and I have been using for about 3 weeks. I have noticed the ring around my neck (that I have had for as long as I can remember) looks diminished, skin looks softer, and there is less crepiness visible. Crepiness bothers me the most when I move my neck. I have used moisturizers to keep my neck hydrated, but it looks much better since using this firming cream. When I received, I did unscrew the lid by mistake and realized it had a push top, I noticed the contents looked good to my eye. When checking the amount on the label, it states 1.7 oz. which my favorite moisturizer in a red jar has 1.7 oz. ACTIVSCIENCE jar is larger than the amount it holds and I am not sure if that has to do with the delivery system employed. I do not find the purchase price of this cream to be exorbitant for 1.7 ounces especially since it is giving me a good result. ... show more

A friend suggested I use this.. after I said that turning 50 sucked, because of the crepey neck thing. Let’s just say that I was desperate. I sucked it up and made the purchase and won’t ever go back to alllll the things I’ve tried and tried before. Game Changer. My neck and chest look WAY better than before, and I don’t have to filter my pictures in that part now. Haha ladies: Ya gotta try it . P.S. I use it on my hands too, and it works there also. I don’t know why I ordered a special neck cream. Facial skin, neck skin, they’re the same types of skin…they’re basically connected. I guess I let some adds convince me that a special neck cream would be beneficial. I already use an excellent cream and system that suits me well and that gives me great results on my face, and had been using the same things all down my neck too. Well, I decided I’d try it anyway, and after several applications, I decided to return the neck cream and got right back to my previous routine, using what I’ve been using prior to trying this neck cream. My view of this neck cream isn’t extraordinary that’s for sure! The scent was not an issue first of all. It’s a thick texture and I felt it didn’t absorb and dry properly. It felt as I had something sitting on top of my skin until I washed it off. There’s no tightening effect *which I wouldn’t want to feel anyway*, but my neck just didn’t feel comfortable, like I noticed I’d be thinking about my neck while I was doing dishes or going to my mailbox or whatever, you know? Weird! Normally I use my vitamin C that I apply to my face on my neck, and then my other treatments followed with my moisturizer and then sun screen too, but I’ve never had my neck pop into my thoughts just randomly before. I didn’t notice any great benefits, anything super wonderful while using this neck cream, if I had, I’d have wanted to use it on my face as well, it’s all the same texture and type of skin. So all in all, I don’t feel I need different products for each, and this neck cream for me failed to show me it was beneficial. ... show more

I've only been using this for about a week but I really like it. Its nice and thick but not greasy at all, it seems to soak right in and does give the appearance of tighter skin especially around the neck, although its likely just a temporary affect. Its got almost a minty smell, which is fine with me as I'm sensitive to perfumey smells. My skin can also be sensitive to some products but I've only experienced mild redness once when using it directly after exfoliating. I will likely purchase again. ... show more
