I bought this for my teenager's acne but by the time it arrived, I learned that taking this will cause his dental fillings to be expelled from his body, along with the pin in his knee. Apparently, since it helps expel toxic substances from the body, that also includes any type of artificial implant including fillings. We didn't want to risk it and I tried to process a return but it looks like returns aren't allowed for this particular item. So, I took accutane as a teenager. Horrible. It cleared my face up but it was a miserable 6 month treatment. I recently got back acne and really didn't want to take accutane again, so I thought I'd try this "Witch Doctor Cure". Take 3 tablets every 8 hours, as needed. I did. The tablets dissolve incredibly fast. The taste isn't bad at all, but you can tell it isn't just a sugar pill. Within 24 hours, my back acne was dried out and falling off with just a fingernail scraping against it. I had a few ingrown hair/cyst like growths and they were drying out and shrinking as well. It's been about 32 hours as I write this and I can actually see a small difference in the mirror. I'm fairly certain it's the Silica... Silicate... The ground up flint that's doing this, but it works. It's about 10 bucks, and I know it probably won't work for everyone but I 100% suggest giving it a try. Every medicine cabinet should have this. I started using this 40 years ago. My husband had the most foul feet that he would ruin his boots quickly...there was no way to air them out, no powder, odor eaters, etc would help. I read about Silicea being a detox for the entire body. My husband would drop a dozen of these tablets in a bottle of water n sip on it all day. Within a month he could take his boots off in the house without it stinking up the whole house. Did not work! It made me break out on my back which never happened to me before and caused me to have severe cystic acne on my chin! Could not return because by the time the effects of it showed, the return window had closed :( horrible product
