    • Make sure your tracer is set to red mode, if available.

Some tracer units have a mode specifically for red BB's (white flash rather than blue flash) They do not work well in tracer units that aren't meant for red tracers, you will hardly see them. When properly illuminated they are great.

Good product. It appears to me that the green bbs tend to be brighter and illuminate longer than the red. Great for night shooting or indoor battles.

I have an Acetech tracer that I purchased elsewhere, but I was disappointed when I noticed that the wrong weight of BB was provided with this purchase. I ordered .25g BBs, and instead received .20g BBs. Aside from the shipping mistake, not only are the BBs not very bright (I was using Green EMG tracer BBs before this purchase and they seem to be a perfect brightness to the point where I can still see them even when using my 500 lumen flashlight), the BB color itself is more of an orange color, not red. I checked this not only by firing the BBs out of my airsoft rifle (with the Acetech tracer unit), but also by using a handheld UV flashlight to make sure I didn't all of the sudden have some sort of color-blindness problem. Maybe I got a bad batch, but I was really hoping to have some Star Wars, Sith-colored laser beams coming from my airsoft gun. ... show more
