For anyone looking for an inexpensive, accurate and fairly small scale, look no further as this checks all the boxes. I've been using my wife's kitchen scale for light weight items, but it had several limitations which is why I looked for something better, and the Accuteck scale is perfect. I occasionally sell stuff online on the #bay site and its important to get an accurate weight reading to pay for shipping labels. The Accuteck has a small but very convenient top deck for sitting items, or boxes on, and for letters the plastic base can be raised up to hold a cardboard letter packaging or other item at an angle for easier weighing. Or for odd shaped items like a teddy bear or circular item, raising both of the top deck plates into a "U-shape" is perfect for keeping things from falling off. But by far the best features are the remote, battery operated plug in LCD display that you can have off to the side to get weight in US (lbs/oz) or metric (Kg or grams) as well as the Tare function if you want to use it for weighing cooking ingredients in a bowl or other container. And lastly, for the larger and heavier items, this scale reads up to 110lbs, although frankly, at that weight, I'd probably use a personal weighing scale. Anyway, for the price, you can't beat it. Nice scale/Great Price! Easily portable (lightweight and not too many extraneous parts) and uses electric or battery and that means I can move it to where I need to weigh something and keep it there or move it back. It's an easy set up and readout. No interpretations or calculations necessary. I accidentally dropped it (from about 3 feet onto the bare floor) but it suffered no damage to outside parts and is the same accurate read as before. It is a small platform for weighing, but that can be overcome and accommodated and the 110 lb capacity makes it a real convenience. Great scale and works as intended. Pretty high weight capacity for its size and accuracy. I wish the weighing plate was a little bigger to fit larger packages without having to balance them much. And the cord for the display could be a little longer or not coiled but that’s just me nitpicking.

weighs up to 100 lbs - and it's so small and clean looking I love the remote display when you put oversized items on the scale you can now see the readout . It's not mentioned in the advertisement but there are two panels which are part of the weighing table that can flip up and hold items that aren't steady on their own - great feature I use it a lot when shipping out eBay items - simple too use and it feels like a quality item with a quick readout to the tenths of an ounce ... show more

I’ve been really impressed with this small shipping scale. It’s compact, easy to use, and surprisingly accurate for its size.
