This is the best all around paper I have found for card making. From stamping images to coloring with pencils, inking it does it all including flower shaping. The only thing I haven't tried is watercoloring and that's because I'm terrible at it. And the size - well I messed up on that when I ordered it, but it turned out fine.     • The perfect workhorse paper

This paper is THICK!! And so smooth. I bought the 100 lb and I absolutely love it both for printing cards and for art with pencils, markers, etc. It can take a beating with water based markers like Tombow Dual Brush markers without wrinkling or pilling. It takes ink brush pens BEAUTIFULLY. I suspect you could even use this for watercolor, gouache or acrylics like you would any bristol board. I'll update this review when I try that. If you're familiar with Strathmore 300 Series Bristol art paper (yellow cover,) it feels very similar. I don't know if I'd be able to tell the difference if both were in front of me. It's a little hard to fold neatly, it works for a greeting card but I don't recommend buying this if your primarily going to be making things with lots of folds like envelopes. It's extremely stiff. Also since this is an uncoated, non-glossy paper, inkjet printer will have slightly dull colors that are perhaps darker and a little different than on your screen. I think it prints amazing on my Canon Pro 200 considering that. It's nice to have paper that won't suck up ink from my markers and pens like coated paper will. I'll probably be using this as a workhorse paper for my business cards, postcards, etc. It's perfect for so many things! ... show more

I've been making cards for about two years but I consider myself new on the scene. So much to learn including paper. I bought this paper since a reviewer on YouTube mentioned it when comparing it to Neenah Solar white and my curiosity was peaked. Compared to what I was using before, a 199 GSM brand from Walmart, which I will still keep on using for layering, this is a heavyweight paper used for card bases and for cutting dies. Two things to keep in mind. When scoring make a deep groove as the paper will crack when you fold it. I just figured this one out after a month of frustration. Second, you may need additional postage depending on how many layers you are adding, the size of the card, and if the card had some areas that are mounted. Happy card making. ... show more

    • Great product, but poorly packaged for delivery

This 65 lb cover paper works perfect for one sided printing in my home printer, Epson Workforce 645. Have not tried duplexing. I think this paper is to heavy for that, but It will serve as covers for my 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 booklets very well. It is however a miracle that the papers arrived undamaged considering that the original manufacturer's wrapper was completely torn on three sides. The only thing that saved the product from total destruction was the shipping package. If I were purchasing this product in a store, I would never accept it in a condition that it was in, with torn wrapping. But returning it is a chore and the product itself in undamaged, so I am keeping it. I hope, however, that this does not happen again. ... show more

Finally found my source of cardstock! The 100 lb. is perfect for my cardmaking needs. Great weight for die cutting and as a card base. Folds well with a bone folder; no cracking. Takes ink well and colored pencil/ pastels. Haven’t tried watercolors yet but it isn’t watercolor paper so I imagine it will be fine for small areas but not an actual painting since that’s not it’s purpose. Very pleased. ... show more

    • Great alternative to solar white

I saw good reviews of this card stock on you tube so decided to give it a try when I ran out of my solar white. The color is very similar to the solar white—you could mix and match; very few people would notice a difference. I think this has a tiny bit more texture or “bite” than the solar white, but it is still very smooth. I tried the 100 lb and found it to be exactly what I’d expect compared to the solar white 110, and in fact I like it better. It’s a nice weight for a card base. I haven’t tried any Copic markers on it yet, but there are lots of [positive] reviews out there regarding that. Price-wise, this is a huge win. Give it a try—you’ll be glad you did! ... show more

This was my second time purchasing this paper. The first package was nothing like this one, which leads me to believe it was labeled wrong. That package was very off-white, and about as thin as my regular printer paper. This new package is just what I wanted. It’s nice and white, and the weight is just right for my purposes, which is to make invitations for an upcoming 50th wedding anniversary. Actually, I’ve used card stock for many years for many different purposes, so I don’t like to be without. Hopefully the issue with the mislabeling will work itself out soon because I plan on being a repeat customer, as long as the paper continues to be like the newer package I received. ... show more
