Sizing is a little off for me. I'm usually a 2X so that's what I got. It's a bit snug getting it on. For reference I'm 5'2, 240lbs. But it is super soft and I'm sure would be even more comfy with a better size.

I ordered the red color in a 2X. I am 5’4 about 243lbs / DDD cup size. I ordered this for my 3 year wedding anniversary. It’s super comfortable and yes, it stayed on the whole time during the deed. I was worried my husband might rip it, but it’s very durable. I recommend hand washing it rather than putting it in the washer. It still holds up, but some of the lace might cause some loose threads.
