This is an amazing printer. The images are so bright and clear. Initially theybdidnt ship the ink withbthe printer. Contacted CS and they said they ships them separately so the ink wont ruin the printer. I received the ink later. The only issue is that the white ink clogs a lot and you have to constantly clear the line. I was amazed at the size of the printer and the oven. All in all I would recommend thia to others Update... it is now May and we started having issues with the white not printing in April. Now it does not print at all. We contacted CS and they said that our 30 day warranty is expired and they can't send me a free print head. The CS rep tried to assist in getting it up and going over the phone but no success. To have a 30 day warranty for a major part should have been a red flag to avoid the purchase. If you have quality merchandise you would stand buy it at least 2 or 3 years. To only have the item for less than 6 months and it crashes is crazy. And yes we ran two prints a day to keep it from sitting. The CS rep told us to buy another print head which I did and it won't arrive until late June. I had orders to fill and I am losing business because the machine is broken. This printer does exactly what I wanted for my shirt business. The video instructions are really clear but leave smash things out for you to figure out but not hard to do. It came packaged inside a wooden trunk. Love it so far.

    • The absolute worst customer service there is!
The printer is awesome.. a few things on it that gave me problems but all in all a good product. I did have a problem in the beginning I really needed assistance on and sent email through Amazon to them. After back and forth the told me” get Skype a d use it”. I don’t use Skype nor will I. Poor customer service to not have other ways to reach out to a customer. Got a low rating due to horrible customer service I can’t even give them a star but had to to submit. ... show more

The DTF printer arrived packaged well. Setup doesn't need to be so difficult if the company would simply, WRITE A PROPER MANUAL. After several YouTube videos, the printer communicates with my laptop and will print. However, the colors for the images are not accurate and figuring out the settings has become frustrating. Customer service via Skype is a recorded video and then I was disconnected. It's been 40 minutes since attempting to reconnect and talk to a real person. Again, frustrating. Especially, because the printer head needs to print daily and be cleaned daily or the inks will clog. I have lots of production on hold because tech support sucks. Maybe think twice about purchasing from this company...save yourself wasted time and frustration. This printer could be great if I could get help from tech support. Jesus's color is a bit off...ugh ... show more

I love the quality of the prints and how easy it is to use this printer ! I will say I ordered this model the l1800 and they sent the 1390 instead so trying to reach customer service on that and haven’t heard back yet.. overall the printer is great and the quality is clearly good.
